The update is still a little bit out there, but it'll be uploaded as a separate, beta mod. It won't destroy your save, but it won't be compatible with the current one. It'll be like removing the mod, all the cars will change into a random one. The main mod branch won't be updated until the next big zomboid update, though, so you won't have to worry about your ongoing game get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

@tilarium how did you fix it ? ( I try to use it for MP )
Started my world on 41.64 with friends, we ported to 41.65 without much issues, but I highly doubt I will be able to port this mod version to the stable one without issues.
If you can do an follow-up guide on how to port this version to the new one, lot of people would appreciate <3
