Highly educated in CS1 = anybody with a college degree. So all nurses and doctors should be counted as highly educated.

@ylij174 This clinic comes with 8 ambulances like the default medical clinic, you can toggle clinic ambulance spawn in the asset editor.

@yLij174 I'm pretty sure you can disable ambulances spawning with a vehicle manager of sorts.

Is she with or without ambulances? I'm looking for a clinic without ambulances.
