Dear Mod Maker,

It is a deep shame to know that this mod has been out of date now for nearly three entire years. It was amazing how much more authentic the game felt with the graphical tweeks that were made with this mod. Anyhow, have a good rest of your day!

I already received permission to use Mesogeios for a mod once, but just to be sure, can the team for an upcoming mod (Defiance of Rhotalon) also use it? It's another fantasy world, with a heavy Byzantine theme this time.

Hi, I'm working on a big map overhaul
Given that this mod is non ironman (changes checksum), I would be very happy to introduce it in the mod so as to maintain multiplayer compatilibity, if you accept. I would of course credit you.

In the future, will this mod work for custom nations? currently it works however when i go to improve a tile development it reverts back.

Ok, so in \steamapps\common\Europa Universalis IV\common\cultures - there is a file "00_cultures". Polish culture contains a redundant additional line of "graphical_culture = easterngfx" which is causing all the ruckus whith polish culture tags in your mod. You can easily fix it by deleting this line or chaning it to "westerngfx". I guess it's a bug and bad coding by Paradox (sad Paradox fan noises ::((( ).

Dude, great mod! :) Polish culture (Poland and Mazovia) has eastern city sprites still tough. Not that I care, I am not planning on playing Poland anytime soon anyway... But still! From the modder point of view - I checked your files and I can't see what's overwriting them! It's killing me!!! Let me know what was error, if possible. Appreciate it! :)

It is working only halfly. Lithuania or Hungary got western buildings, my Poland has eastern buildings like Russia.

Even with just this mod on, about half of Polish and Mazovian look eastern. Even with the mod off and graphical cultures of those countries set to "westerngfx", it only applies to some cities. File validation didn't help.

Hi March, are you using other mods? As of my latest version, I can confirm that Poland and Mazovia are set to have Western graphical culture. In your mods, you can replace "easterngfx" with "westerngfx" in the common/country files to fix it.

Half of Polish cities and all Mazovian cities still look eastern. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi Typeish! It's very easy. Simply open the country file, and then replace the graphical culture with the one you want, e.g. "muslimgfx" into "turkishgfx".

Hey Alyoshenka, how do we add this new grapichal culture into the mod-specific countries in the common/countries files? Would u make a video with this? it would help alot, bc when i use Extended timeline, anc change ottomans to turkey, that turkish graphic is gone into middleastern/arabic graphic culture.

Hi DarkLegion! It should be for countries that are shared with vanilla, but you'll need to manually add the new graphical cultures to the mod-specific countries in the common/countries files.

Hello, does anyone know in which folder is units and ship gfx located in ? If it's not a file, is it a line that needs to be changed ? While I'm enjoying the buildings models, the unit graphics are very ugly, especially for countries outside of Europe.

Hi Arthorivs, you need to make sure you give the right graphical culture to your new countries in common/countries. For ex. southerngfx instead of westerngfx.
