this mod is cool but when you walk it makes this horrible screeching sound, dose the same thing with the zombie,s to. can you pls fix that : ] and can you change the sound for the zombies to, the noises thay make it sounds stupid no offense. it wood sound much better if you kept the original sound but with a few new sounds in it, if you now what i mean. pls do all that and thank you; ]

i keep hearing random loud noises like static or someone saying something but its cut off, it isnt generating any errors and there arent any possible conflicting addons, i dont know if im the only one with this issue

Tried it again and it works. Don't why that didn't happen before but now it seems to be functional.

Did all that and I found that it is still the same. I was also shocked when THIS was the "cause", because when I asked for some advice in a discussion they told me to disable visual addons. This is just a sound replacement as you said so it's a bit weird.

Although, I haven't tried unsubscribing and subscribing again to this as I just put it away when I found out it's bugging me out. Will try now.

I tested it with no mods on the same map you were on. I don't think that could be possible as all this mod does is replace sound files, like you said. Or you might have additional mods in your addons folder that you unsubscribed but are still there, which you can get rid of with the menu_cleanupgmas command. Reinstalling gmod wouldnt hurt either

yeah, you should always check your addons to make sure there's no conflictions.

I was wondering why no other npc sound replacement addons were working, then I found out it was because I still had this thing installed :/
