Ok I figured it out with a friend.
In order to get down the roof without hurting yourself, you have to land on that circle podium residing in the middle. While falling, gravity will somewhat slow down and you'll take no damage if you land right there.
So here it is, in case someone is wondering the same, since it's not clear at all. Hope it helps.

So how do you get down from the roofs? Someone asked before but you just answered about the jump pads, in other words, the way to get up, not down.
Is there no way to go down except for jumping and probably killing yourself in the process?

its not the game or your maps fault its something wrong with steam it says content server unavailable your map is wonderful a blessed gift from the divine to earth
