the nepgyaslauncher moddel has been deleted by the creator.

So, i made a mistake with the addon i linked for neptune's model, it should have been https://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=115743289 and i have changed required items. However i have checked all other models are in the addons I linked as required so if you are still seeing error make sure you are subscribed to them.
