I actually like these assets. But i have a problem that they sometimes grow and sometimes just stop from growing (But they still upgrade) when i make a theme ingame. Maybe theres something broken?

this set is incredible.
Not only the assets are really detailed and good looking, but also it is all organized in levels for a natural grow. I've done a neighbourhood with those houses and it feels so realistic.
Great job man, high quality content.

Erstmal vielen Dank für die wirklich schönen Gebäude. Allerdings habe ich das Problem, wenn ich diese Vorstadtvillen einem neuen oder vorhandenem Stil hinzufügen möchte, wird mir InGame mitgeteilt, das diese Gebäude nicht vorhanden sind. Füge ich die Villen deinem Barockstil (ja diese Häusser habe ich auch ^^) hinzu, wird dein fertiger Barockstil für jede einzelne Villa "dupliziert". Woran das liegt - da bin ich zuviel Nerd :(. Könntest du das bitte irgendwie "beheben"? Es wäre wirklich schade deinen schönen Häusser wieder aus meinen Favoriten löschen zu müssen. Grüsse aus dem schönen Thüringen!

Very nice little collection Titan, Keep it up, I also like that vegetation was limited in them as I tend to want to add that myself. This gives the ability to apply less of it for use in heavily urbanised settings or more in much more implied residential areas, The assets are nice because they can work in either setting. And to get much use out of an asset it needs to be able to be flexable like this.. Love it.

When i create a Theme with this Buildings it says ingame that no Buildings are in this Theme. Bute in the Theme Manager they are selected.
Other Themes work fine, any idea why this happens?

@Your Friendly Dictator : No theme but youcane create your own theme in theme manager and includes all this house ;)

@Komar It sounds like you want total control over how your city looks and feels. Just use the Plop the Growable mod. You will be able to plop all buildings and they will stay the same level and won't despawn even if you haven't zoned.

KomaR go to the RICO mod's page, on the page description are links to two different guides which will teach you how to convert buildings to different AI categories just like you hope for. It's really easy and fun! :)

Is there a way to prevent them from growing everywhere? I've been using them with RICO mod and Building Themes Mod and I can't find them in the "buildings" panel in this mod, I just can't turn them off so they keep growing in the low residental zones. Is there a way to prevent it? Can they be converted to unique buildings so they can be used with RICO easier?

Großartige Arbeit. Respekt. Da kann man direkt neidisch werden. Mangels Kenntnisse im Modeln und Texturen erstellen aber leider nur ein Traum. Ideen hätte ich genug.

@0ddZen Das war ein Kompromiss den ich eingehen musste: zu viele, oder zu wenige Haushalte, dazwischen gab es leider nichts. Ändern lässt sich das jetzt auch nicht mehr, weil dann alle Häuser neu gebaut werden müssten - ich empfehle daher, die Mod RICO :)

Hey. Vielen Dank Dir für die tolle Arbeit! Die Teile sehen echt super aus! Mir ist beim platzieren aufgefallen, dass Du nur einen Haushalt pro Gebäude angegeben hast. Es ist üblich, dass so ein 3-stöckiges Würfelhaus 7-10 Haushalte birgt. Es wäre schön wenn Du diese Werte noch anpassen könntest! (für 2-stöckig dann 5-8, für 1-stöckig 2-4 Haushalte) :)

Na dann bin ich mal gespannt! Habe schon ein kleines Viertel damit zugepflastert. Vorher hatte ich aber alle gebäude in RICO geschmissen. Es sieht einfach hammer aus... wie in echt!
