I seem to have a problem with this road: After I used it as my main arterials, it seems like garbage and dath care completely stops working.

Can you please make a version with just one lane for cars, so that second lane would become sidewalk space?

Is it possible to make same version of this road but with 2 lanes not 4 lanes for cars?

I don't understand how they don't have a version of this with trees, in game with the after dark expansion. This is what I'm looking for though so great work, and thanks.

The bus lanes do work- their purpose isn't to keep the cars off, it's to keep the buses (and taxis) on them instead of clogging up the other lanes.
Cars are going to use the bus lanes to turn no matter what. This behavior is the way the game works and can't be changed- a bus lane is 'bus priority', not '100% buses only'. Using TMPE to keep cars off of them isn't a temporary fix, it's a viable option- and even then some cars will stray into the bus lanes. Additionally, if you have poor traffic management then vehicles will be all over the place regardless of what roads you use.
The trees on the road reduce noise pollution. This technically doesn't 'increase' land value, but it does produce a higher land value than would exist without the trees.
The bike lanes function correctly.
I use this road extensively. There's nothing to fix. It works beautifully; exactly the way I expected and the author obviously intended.

Does the bus lane work?

to people complaining the bus lane does not work, my suggestion as a temp solution is to use tmpe stable and restrict that lane to buses only... not the best fix, but a temp one as we wait for mod author to fix this.

I like this road as a main arterial just outside my city centers. Would love to have another version of this road that had buses in the center with a median island.

Fantastic road that allows trunking of traffic, buses, and bikes. However, it does not improve land value as advertised- also buses ignore the lane unless stops are placed directly on the road- which don't matter because passenger car traffic sees it as a regular lane anyways.

The bus lane does not work. All vehicles can drive across the red bus lane.

I'd love to have also a 4 Lane version of this (for smaller roads), I love so much this version

I absolutely love all of your 22 large roads! They are what the game is missing from the start, they are all terrific since they all are compaitable with the vanilla large roads!!

I wanted to ask if you could please retexture all the 2 lane vanilla roads in the game with the 6 lane road texture style, so for example the two lane with parking road would use the vanilla 6 lane road's outer lane and parking space as one side of the road, mirror that and you have the perfect 2 lane road which uses the same style texturing as the 6 lane roads - I hope you get what I mean, if not please let me know, thank you!!

Also for the 2 lane road with bike lanes do the same thing for the 2 lane road i stated above but seperate the bike lanes at the same distance like your 6 lane roads, literally copy the texture of your 6 lane road with parking and biking lanes (only the outer lane and the biking lane, including the pavement in between and outside).

Can you make it one-way?

I'm looking to get into road creation/modding myself. Don't suppose you'd be able to help teach me a bit? I've already started to get a grasp for many of the road editor functions and an understanding of how models work. One thing I can't figure out for the life of me is why the game keeps saying the roads I create require ParkLife DLC (not using any ParkLife assets, etc)
