lower the travel of trailer suspension axle

upper the "Tower" collision box

Update:
- mass 74t
- fix physic issue
- change middle collision box of the trailer
- fix cargo position
- add skid wheel particles
- change price_coef
- change prob_coef

to make the fixes work you need to sleep 3 time in the roll
or just to wait all old trailers to be replace with new trailers

After update 1.30 some of the trucks chassis get the shaking problem with the trailer!
To fix that i make some changes:
- cargo mass to mass: 74380 to 54380
- cog_offset[]: (0, 1, 1.5) to cog_offset[]: (0, 1, 1)

to make that fix working you need to sleep 3 time in the roll
or just wait all old trailers to be replace with new trailer setting
