Fixed a long-standing bug relating to the Pointshop Bank throwing errors when Pointshop is not installed

Added compatibility for the Currency Exchanger addon.

Added Interfacer, allowing for inter-Shop purchases.

FINALLY added SQL support. Might be buggy though, so please report problems that occur, okay?

Reworked item gates and added new features to it.

Removed auto-downloading of entity spawnicons as it felt redundant and to avoid hitting the downloadable file count. Tell me in the comments if it bothers you too much.
