Adjusted lava damage values.

Adjusted Atmospheric Damage to counteract auto-heal setting:

If auto-heal hasn't kicked in, you take the regular atmospheric damage, when you get to the point where auto-heal does kick in, the damage increases by just enough to nullify the healing. The only way to keep from slowly dying in the atmosphere is to get to a pressurized room or into space.

Created new surface cloud texture.

Tweaked lava emissivity.
Increased size of cool lava texture.
Increased size of hot ore rock texture.

Still to be done: create a far texture for cool lava to remove emissivity at a distance... this will keep the pattern of the emissivity from being apparent and should feel more natural.
