I think maybe a wire got disconnected after the last patch? I think all is well now.

Some log spam related to BasePlayerChar

The tic for fighting against camera resets wasn't running on clients connected to dedicated servers. I'm not sure if I didn't test this before, or if the sippin update broke it. Either way I fiddled with a few things and in the end I think everything is exactly where I started, but somehow it works. I have no idea.

Disallow zooming during pet or thrall or horse placement.

Zooming is a little quicker

Check to see if player is in build mode and disallow zooming during building
