Fixed Pill descriptions not working for AB+ Users

- Modded items are now supported in the Bag of crafting UI (WARNING: Does not work in all cases! The modding API is very limited resulting in us missing crutial informations for the calculations. We are working on improving this feature further)
- Added new Bag of Crafting display mode: "Pickups Only". This limits the UI to only shows the pickup count on the room and floor
- Improved a lot of descriptions in english, english (detailed) and spanish
