Reverted Achievement detection because of unreliability

- Added Config integrity check

- Reworked description hiding system. Now, the config entry only defines the initial state of the hiding. This fixes that accidental hiding can be rewerted by simply restarting the game.

Added Config to toggle Soulstone descriptions when they are obstructed. (Default: Visible)
Added config option to alter the HUD offset of the descriptions. This option is also synced with the main MCM HUD Offset option (Default: 10 Strokes)
