"Working sounds" disabled (e.g. no hammering sounds at construction sites) due to the public holiday (January 1 and 2, 2017).

EVENT UPDATE: Fireworks will be set off at midnight in New York timezone for more realism. Fireworks to end after California has finished celebrating New Year's.
