Mod name change

Made all graffiti printable and gave them proper icons
Added some prison stuff in restored condition
Added the Bruiser's Chestpiece (gladiator with pauldrons in Arena 1) to the loot tables

Created icons for objects that didn't have one
Added broken tank from dreadwing mission

Removed scripted mission items and replaced the penguin bar and glitch bell with script-free decorative versions
