Added target blink and changed a couple of keybinds,
'Special 1 + up' to toggle no-clip.

Patched a bug involving interactions between No-Clip and sitting functions, which caused players to be launched in a certain direction.

Added the ability to slow your no-clip down to about half of it's speed. Do this by holding the 'walk' button you have binded during no-clip. This is useful for things like building while in no-clip mode.
