lowered spawn rates of FU ores on vanilla planets. This is especially true closer to the surface. FU ore rates remain unchanged.

corrects spawns on ice moons to not include penguins. I'll tweak them and re-add later, perhaps.

fix to all recipes using gunpowder, as that resource no longer exists. All now use saltpeter instead.

reworked the tentaclecometspore from old vanilla, and re-enabled it.

it replaces this mornings temporary fix to that monster file.

also added it to irradiated and proto spawns.

re-enabled Mutated Moontants to Proto biome.

fix for Warp to Ship for missing npc on ProtoWorlds (tentaclecometspore has been temporarily replaced with a toxic fly. Im going to remake that monster today and add it back in properly)

hopefully a fix added for teleporting to planet surfaces within caves. This wont fix any already generated worlds, but anything onward *should* be okay. I moved all non standard surfaceCaves configurations to only underground biomes.
