firerate increase for dlt-19, se-14c now 5 round burst, not machinegun pistol

nerfed dlt-19 damage and buffed firerate

hotfix (forgot applying the weapon drop for rocket launchers)

BTX-42 Flamethrower added and weapons now drop upon user's death as a prop
