Adjusted bottom bar size and spacing.

-Mod renamed!
-Vector based Navigator background. All backgrounds in this mod are now vector based.
-Bottom bar re-ordered. Mail icon removed.
-Tutorial overlays added back in. They are not exact, but now you won't be stuck if you load this mod prior to starting a brand new game with tutorial enabled. Not a likely scenario since new people probably won't play with mods first time.

Changes GPS background to go along more with the theme.
