Finally crashing the srcds on Windows displays a debugging box, which simply prevents the restart to occur without a manual operation...

For compatibility with any anti-crash script in any OS, I use the crash trick to get an errorlevel of -1, which can be detected to choose whether to restart or to quit.

- Now it should work with Linux. Unfortunately it will generate a crash dump.
- Now it will do nothing on a non-dedicated game.
