Fixes a problem that caused the animation map to crash, because of spawning an entity non stop

Added "Error.mdl" to the main map

General:

• Added Cheat checker with warning label on screen.
  
• Added z_no_cull to map autostart, so the CI won't be deleted from maps.
  
• Added all necessary Cvars for Singleplayer versus to all maps.

• Added spawnable Scavenge Gascan.
  
• Made Kill button in SI booth kill quicker and made off-delay shorter.

• Added jets and it's maverick bomb.
  
• Added the other animated helicopters.

• Added Survival start, Finale start, Rescue arrived and Main Menu music.
  
• Added all officially used water textures as pools.

Added all pictures and paintings i could find to the vehicle map.
Added Vscripts that automatically turn on cheats when the maps are loaded via console, in case the map does not do it on its own.

Removed melee scripts. You must use a melee unlocker with this again.
