- Workaround for the host's helmet spawning in clients' perspective as a physical object.

- Added helmet on/off animation (can be disabled in the config), and
tweaked helmet vignette a bit to have less clipping while animating.
- Added a workaround for the LCD blinking when it was updated.
- Fixed for refactoring (wasn't needed for the public version but to
make changes it was).
- Changed how HUD elements' show configuration, instead of just
true/false you can now specify in what helmet mode they're shown.
- Set the LCD display to be always shown regardless of helmet on or off,
by default.
- Made all the settings in the config with some upper case letters to be
easier readable, won't affect any settings at all since they're all read
case insensitive. Also made true/false values lowercase.

- Renderer (DX9 or DX11) is now selected automatically when first run, you can still change it to use the other renderer settings. And if you change the game renderer then the helmet's renderer will also change.
- Reduced whiteness on the DX11 helmet glass.
- Removed the first run popup because you no longer need to manually set what renderer you're running.
