+fixed pedestrian paths (no longer visibly crossing tracks)

- updated to v1.1.0 allows the outside passengers connection and unlocks tracks without need of default station

- Added custom pedestrian Paths. Pedestrians will now use the overpass. (thanks to sims firehouse for helping me with the pedestrian paths)
