Rebalanced combat of ALL NPCs
Now some NPCs have their unique weapons
Added custom sounds for Cguard and Mortar
Cguard now can only recieve damage just from physics and explosives
Fassassin now does a semi-transparent cloak, doesn't shoot visible bullets and has a new pistol sound table
