More howler spawn exceptions:

- Howler cannot spawn on Dead Center map 1 or Dark Carnival map 3 AT ALL (too busted for him)
- Howler is far less likely to spawn on No Mercy map 1
- Howler cannot spawn in the sugar cane field on Hard Rain map 2 (can still spawn in the gas station or anywhere before the elevator)
- Howler cannot spawn near the elevator building on Hard Rain map 3

BIG UPDATE:

- The Howler now drains your flashlight as you look at him. It's very rude to stare, and it gets quite upset if you stare too long...
- Added a wide array of custom sounds for better player feedback
- Prevents Howler spawns in the first half of No Mercy map 4 (it can still spawn after the team has made it up the elevator into the under construction section)
- A whole host of other balance changes I can't remember right now

MAJOR UPDATE: Added some more complexity to the Howler, added 1 buff and 1 nerf to the guy:

Buff: The Howler can extinguish itself after it's been on fire for a certain length of time (how long depends on difficulty)

Nerf: The Howler can be slowed down if you keep your flashlight directly on it.
