Bad news: it only displays character names, ping, and whether they're dead or not

added back some instructor icons since even tho its not supposed to be used with nightmare, it looks too ass for me to allow

brought back the progress bar - because valve's stinky and hardcoded random stuff, it may look weird if you dont have a 16:9 monitor

Refactored UI - now requires lumi's npack icons

- now incluedes hd spinner because the mod is stinky, this will be temporary while i make a new one for nightmare specifically
