Fixed an exploit where the EK Flare Gun combined with the Dissect Target talent would inflict max rupture and oneshot people

- Added factions with reputation values and hireable NPCs.
- Added a new title and menu slides.

- Lots of tweaks to the King in Binds.
- Improved the structure damage of the King's summoned swords and gave him a phase 2.

- Added the King in Binds, which features a unique E.G.O. outfit and sword. He features a "phase 2" where he periodically uses an ultimate attack.
- Implemented a new naming scheme for E.G.O. gear, each weapon or outfit will be prefaced with Lobotomy or LCE E.G.O. Some resistances and effects have also been reworked and unused bloaty items have been removed from the mod.
- Nothing There can now adapt; the more you injure him, the more he mutates and becomes stronger.
