PLUMBING IS FIXED! Big thanks to SkyBlue for the temporary workaround.

Re-enabled the context option to check for rain collectors, as SkyBlue has patched the system from 41 into 42 (link in description)

Disabled the Rain Collector Detector option and added a note to the tooltip, which will hopefully help with confusion about why plumbing isn't working.
