Small update that fixes hair and beard cover for several helmets, adjusted weight for head and body armor, fixed wrong material types and adds improves compatibility with Smart RBM patch mod

Updated to v3, adding a lot of new stuff like capes and Western armors

Hotfix to fix the stats and names of the new helmets

Minor changes.
