现在自定义角色称谓可以给非统治者使用，只要这个角色能够通过自定义头衔称谓获得称谓，例如：配偶和子女
现在自定义头衔称谓的地产称谓可以分开设置
现在自定义头衔称谓的地产称谓新增了其它地产，以配合可能新增地产类型的其它MOD
