Fully remake of port:
• Remaded Colors
• Added Eye Posing
• Better C_Hands
• Better materials
• Added TPIK and remove twist bones
• Added Skins

• Reduced weight by 2 times
• Reconverted .VTF in DXT1 without mipmaps
• Now it work with TPIK (ARC9)
