Fixed the weird landing animation that sometimes plays.

Dropped DX8 support.
Kinda just want to see if anyone complains about it.
Removing it saves some space (though not much for such a simple model like this)

Also noting the GMod doesn't even officially support DX8 anymore so, may not matter in the future when they might completely disallow use it of it.
