Added New weapons and throwable: Balloon Burster, Balloonoid Raygun, and Balloonoid Gas Ball.

Added Balloonoid Scientist npc who sells new weapon blueprints.

Balloonoid Lab outfit is now only sold by Scientist npc.

Correction. Balloonoids now start with the Rod of Rubber Blueprints, in the shiplocker.

Balloonoids now start with their Tier 1 Wand Blueprint unlocked.

Balloonoid merchants should now sell low tier wands on high tier planets, in case the player cannot craft them(They are needed in the high-tier wand's recipe).

Balloon Crafting Kit now uses it's own config file.

Balloonoids now have their own flag, it is crafted with balloon blocks and string.

Added micro-dungeons/structures to rainbow wood, tar, and ocean biomes.

Added two new storage items.

Added 1 new trap, that can be purchased from Balloonoid Merchants.

Gave Balloonoids a unique ship, pet, and associated objects
In previous versions, it was using the same folder as humans which caused issues later down the line...
But now the Balloonoids have pretty much the same set up as any other custom race, so they should be okay...

NOTE:

This may cause compatibility issues if a Balloonoid player upgrades their ship on an older save.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this needed to be done.

Added new furniture: Balloon Bookcase, Balloon Sink, Balloon Toilet, and a Balloon Oven.

Also added a functional Balloon bath(Layering is somewhat buggy).

Added the Balloon Pinata, a breakable purchased from a Balloonoid merchant.
Smash it to get sweets and other goodies, or just keep it as decoration!

Added five new codex entries: Four can be purchased from Balloonoid merchants, one is purchased from Frogg Furnishing.
