The Quest Interface no longer takes localization text from TerraGuardians mod.

Added methods to help turning items to text glyphs for a number of interface uses.

Changed the color of the Quest Interface foreground panels.

Added a fail safe to avoid inventory layer interfaces from being prevented to be drawn when layer doesn't exist.
