- Fixed being able to smoke the captain's pipe without tobacco forever when lighting it and then removing the tobacco.
- Fixed not receiving a lighter when crafting it.
- Fixed crumpled papers not actually spawning in the trash.
- Made packs of cigarettes purchasable from vending machines.

- Fixed some comments in the code explaining something wrongly.
- Removed some now unnecessary code that was left in from earlier stages of development.
