Brightened the menu icon so it's actually visible

Changed some of the hacking cues based on some info I collected about how they work.

Spliced "Large utility robot in our control" line to "In our control" and made it the 'HackSuccess' line.

Increased delay on CombatStim cue

Editted thumbnail image again. You can actually see the Overwatch logo now.

Slightly adjusted text positioning on the thumbnail image that was driving me insane.

Voice no longer can be assigned to civilians. Something that I definitely didn't steal from Max's voicepacks.

Mod can now actually be used by people without WotC.

Better thumbnail image. No changes other than that.
