- Updated the code to use statvalues instead of afflictions. This makes the slowness effects properly stack with other slowness effects.

- Added railgun shell overrides. They will now also be carried with one arm. The holding position changes depending on if you're walking or swimming.

- Fixed collision box of mining lacer cell
- Fixed pulse laser plasma ammo box not being carried with one arm and not slowing you down.
