- Added a Dead Sea Scrolls menu that you can open by pressing C (by default). In the menu, you can enable or disable unlocks, inspect what unlocks do what, and view a more detailed credits menu.
- Added a new gun for Soy Milk and Almond Milk.
- Added synergies for Tammy's Head.
- Extended compatibility for Fiend Folio.
- Extended compatibility for EID.
- Fixed the gun for Dr. Fetus not appearing in game.
- Fixed a bug where the Sheriff's gun could steal the sprites of other entities. This will also fix any issues with the Fragment in the Samael mod.
- Fixed Immaculate Heart not working with the Sheriff.
- Fixed Dr. Fetus not correctly applying a tears down.
- Fixed Blue Flies destroying targets in Rancher's shooting minigame.
- Epic Fetus rockets now spawn on the player's position.
- Epic Fetus rockets have to be flying for more than 5 frames before they can explode.
- Rancher can now only give normal variants of pickups, as opposed to variants like golden keys.
- Rancher can now give up to 4 coins on the player's first win.
- Rancher has had their drop chances and amounts slightly reworked. You have a higher chance of getting keys, bombs, and micro-batteries now, but you can only get one at a time.
- New art in the art folder.
