Updated the random bodygroup feature to be simpler
Gave the classic m203 head the sniper boonie
Updated how the classic models spawn so you don't have to pick between white/black, it'll just pick randomly between the two

Added the HD pack HECU (I forgot they existed for a while), and fixed up the white/black commander heads in it because they looked really bad
