Another Z'nkar fix.

Fixed an issue that could prevent the Z'nkar event chain to start.

Bugfix update:
Fixed a wrong condition that prevented a lore event to fire after the exploration of the war-torn planet.
Added missing localisation for other languages.

Added proper triggers to some rewards.

Fixed a typo in the Tomb of Dead Whales event.

Fixed a couple of errors with localisation caused by an extra space.

Removed the Japanese localisation files as the translation is now done by another mod.

Fixed the description of a special project.

Tweaked how the spawn conditions of some events are set. This will only affect new games.

Tweaked some event start conditions.
