Post process update
- Add a new post process feature (togglable) for SCP-096 when bagged.
You can now blind him or blur the SCP-096 player screen.
- Fix bad notification text when SCP is bagged
- Fix typo and small changes

You can now drag SCP-096 when he is bagged and not triggered to make sure he follow you!
