Added back the Vertibird Support Company event to Sierra Army Depot Airfield Focus
Added back in the Vertibird Combat Units to Sherman Doctrine
Fixed the "Bears Can't Fly" Focus providing the wrong debuff to NCR
added New Graphic for Saul Ghoulman.
added new Pathfinder Equipment for Vertibird Combat Units

This might break saves. My Sinciere Apologies.

Separated the enc_east_ideas into an older version from the E+ mod, and added the new stuff that was missing in many downloaded versions into a new file.

testing showed this worked, and that should solve the missing national spirits as well as make this compatible with other mods that use my old files.

Messed with Ideas files. Should fix the MISSING IDEAS and ERRORs. SHould not break saves
