bolts take even less time to make but no longer give xp, adjusted their weight as well

improved recipes, now using keep [Recipe.GetItemTypes.x] instead of keep knife/otherknife/asdasdas for better compatibility

-Removed skill books because you can get them via another mod easily
-bolt recipes are way easier and faster:
+wooden bolts require way less chipped stone and you can make them with stone directly for way more bolts,
+reduced the time it takes to make bolts substantially, I mean by A LOT
+removed head, fletching and heads; you make long and short bolts directly
