[FEATURE] Add SCP-096 "The Shy Guy" Unity Player Model

[FIX] Black Square doesn't appear in some case when players have a 096 model.

- Add new model

- Fix Param model for player than can be NULL

• You can add what ever model you like, the censor effect will show up

• Update trigger name hook for detect Guth SWEP SCP-096

• Convar params are saved between each session of a game (with the same server)

• Add Thermal version for SCRAMBLE (New NVG)
