fixed rpg bug

revert back to new version since i pushed an older version on accident last update

Fixed bug with the Rocket Launcher where bumping into it would make it no gravity and cause errors. oh and slightly increased its rate of fire too.

also added stuff for my leadbot fork which should be out soon

Added another isvalid check to try to fix some minor console errors

Added an IsValid check to prevent some console errors (hopefully)

tried to add some lag compensation for the pulse repeater and maybe somethin else
