- Interface component: stuck therapy animal containers can now be force "dumped" by the player. This "force" "dumping" will unstuck the animal therapist too, who will then take the container and leave the map. N.b. This "Dump" option can take several minutes to actually show up in the object menu.

- fixed a rare issue where therapy animals might not leave the map after the reform program ended
(N.b. advanced players - therapy animals save edited to have KeepInMap script system property will not leave)
- fixed a rare issue where practice electrical cables might not be dumped after the staff program ended
- Interface Component: Construction Specialist can now instruct stuck Gritter Drivers/Delivery Men to finish their tasks then leave the map (Clear Routing button). Use it if you somehow end up with Gritter Drivers that dont leave the map, or Entity Delivery Men that do not deliver the presents
