- some optimisations to some scripts
- EEG and Weapon Rack based fixes are now always active
- deprecated the modded Pavilion/Pavilion Corner order-type functionality as it was obsolete: the mod makes the AI smart enough for the guards/armed guards to judge by themselves when they should leave or not
- updated EEG, Weapon Rack, Pavilion and Pavilion Corner object descriptions

- fixed riot background music not escalating when calling elite ops

- restored legacy riot escalation music (used to play until Alpha 19 inclusive). It has a 50% chance of playing instead of the usual riot escalation music. The game can also cycle between them if the riot draws out for too long
