- deprecated all old and shoddy sniper tower damage fixes and replaced them with a solution that should work better for most players. The check is now done once every 3 seconds

- adjusted render depth for traffic light, advanced search light and street lamp
- added subtle guard movement sounds (Deskius.). The sounds were constructed using unused sound files, so they are vanilla-esque.
- assigned subtle workman, truck driver, repairman and delivery man movement sounds (unused sound files)
- assigned damage/k.o./death sounds to warden
- fix attempt to an issue where armed guards hiring sound would randomly not play (mitigated occurence)
- fix for freefire on sound randomly not playing (_World event)

- added improved riot guard movement sounds (Deskius.). The new sounds were constructed using unused sound files to ensure it feels vanilla.
- assigned an unused sound to the projector object placement
- assigned better sounds for opening/closing fence gates
