- Added settings to configure voice popup's position offset
- Fixed ragdolls not being used as a sound followers sometimes
- Large-sized NPCs should now have their voice popups be drawn from much further distance if it's too small
- Some settings now have their default values written in their descriptions

- Added a setting to let physics props have voice chat too!
- Added a server option to prevent some offensive voicelines from being played. Although there may be some that have slipped under my radar, so report it if you hear it!
- Not all NPCs will play their panic voicelines when they panic, thanks to the use of their speech chance
- Fixed the [NPC Voice Chat] lua/autorun/client/cl_npc_voicechat.lua:587: Tried to use a NULL entity! error
